Five years ago, one of our customers chose our rubber EVA mats. Today, that customer is still using the original mats and has not replaced them.

This is one customer’s experience, rather than a guaranteed service life for every installation. Sun exposure, frequency of use, installation, and maintenance can all affect how long a mat remains in service.

A Firmer Feel Than Pure EVA Foam

If you are familiar with pure EVA foam boat flooring, the difference in firmness is worth understanding before you choose.

Our rubber EVA material feels firmer and is less soft than our pure EVA foam mats.

Your preference matters. If a soft, cushioned feel underfoot is your main priority, our pure EVA options may be worth exploring. If you prefer a firmer feel, this rubber EVA material is another option to consider.

Single-Layer Construction in Black

Our rubber EVA mats use a single-layer construction and are currently available in black only.

Unlike two-tone EVA flooring with contrasting upper and lower layers, this material gets its appearance primarily from its surface texture. Custom color combinations are not available.

It is an option for boat owners who prefer a straightforward black finish without elaborate graphics or multiple colors.

Two Surface Textures to Choose From

We currently offer hexagonal and small-diamond textures. Both are available in black.

Hexagonal Texture

The hexagonal option features a repeating honeycomb-style pattern.

In the close-up photos, you can see fine lines across the raised hexagonal shapes, with recessed channels separating them. The repeating geometry gives the surface a structured appearance.

Small-Diamond Texture

The small-diamond option features repeating diamond-shaped details across the surface.

It has a different appearance from the hexagonal version. Front-facing photos help show the pattern, while angled views make the raised details and channels easier to see.

Lighting, camera settings, and screen brightness can make black material appear gray or slightly blue in photographs. Black is currently the only available color.

Basic Engraving Is Available

This material supports basic engraving, but custom logos are not available.

If you have an engraving request, send us a reference before ordering. We will confirm whether it is within the basic engraving options available for this material.
