Welcome to Hzkaicun. Hzkaicun was established in 2005 and is a factory specializing in the development and sales of EVA foam-related products. There are more than 300 workers, over 200 people in the business department, a design team with more than 100 members, and more than 50 staff in the research and development department. It can be seen from this that we are able to undertake large quantities of orders and provide one-to-one customer service.
What do we do?
We mainly produce EVA foam sheets, and the products we have developed based on EVA foam include boat flooring, Jet Ski traction mats, surfboard traction pads, cooler box mats, anti-slip carpets for swimming pools, yoga mats, decorative items with cartoon patterns, and so on.
Our advantages
We are a factory with independent design, development, and production capabilities. We do not need to rely on third-party companies, so we have an advantage in terms of price. Our independent research and development department has always been aiming to enhance the durability, UV resistance, and mildew resistance of EVA foam, enabling the EVA foam to be more long-lasting and durable in various environments. Moreover, we have made breakthrough progress and are constantly ready to face new challenges.

We can provide you with customized services. We are capable of handling any color, any pattern, and any shape. We possess 21 CNC nanometer-level precision engraving devices and 15 large-scale laser printing devices, which enable us to print any pattern you desire. We accept OEM/ODM orders.
